For one week in October, the whole HCC building will be transformed into a space for you to come and experience spirituality in exciting creative and interactive ways.
There will be areas to draw, paint and write, listen to and create music, be inspired by images and writing, pray, listen to the bible being read as well as space to chill out with a coffee.
When and where
You can turn up to experience The Junction at HCC at any time during these hours:
Monday 24th to Saturday 29th October 2011, 6:00am to 10:00pm every day.
Specials
Drop in at these times for our special highlight events at The Junction, and remember to leave some time to visit the rest of The Junction before or after.
- Mon 24th Oct, 8:00-8:30pm: Q&A with Dr Brendan Devitt. What have you always wondered about faith or the Bible? Bring your questions to grill our resident theologian in this open Q&A session.
- Wed 26th Oct, 8:00-8:30pm: Q&A with Dr Brendan Devitt. What have you always wondered about faith or the Bible? Bring your questions to grill our resident theologian in this open Q&A session.
- Thurs 27th Oct, 8:00-8:30pm: Live Music. An improvised musical worship experience in the special atmosphere of the sanctuary as it's set for The Junction.
- Fri 28th Oct, evening: Urban Saints special.
Signup for bible reading
During the week, we'll be reading the bible out loud, through from start to finish. If you're a regular at HCC, we'd love it if you'd like to sign up for a 20-minute slot to read the bible.
