Mens' Ministry

A regular feature of our Mens' Ministry is the Monthly Prayer Breakfast. This runs between 8-10am on the last Saturday of each month and includes an enjoyable breakfast and a great time of fellowship, encouragement and prayer. This was recently extended to a men's camp, which was very successful. More weekend camps are planned for the future, during the drier months of the year!

Other special events may be run throughout the year with a mix of social and spiritual emphasis. In addition to this, practical support projects are performed for those in need, e.g. DIY help with a house or garden.
 
Ladies Ministry

The ladies work is an exciting and vibrant part of Hitchin Christian Centre. Our monthly meeting called 'Heart to Heart' allows women to get together for a time of relaxed intimacy, fun and spiritual encouragement, and covers relevant and interesting topics.

The ladies have recently completed a course entitled 'What happens when women pray' - learning about effective prayer. This was run weekly and was enjoyed by all who attended.

A special Ladies Day is held annually, and a programme of activities is being developed encompassing retreats, social events and subjects of specific interest to ladies.
