Spotlight Holiday Club
10:00am - 12:15pm

This is a 4-day Holiday Club packed with lots of fun games, action songs, quizzes, crafts, team challenges and prizes to be won. Our theme this year is called Rocky's Plaice, come along and join us in the fun and meet some new friends. This club is for children in reception to year 6.

Band Rehearsal
Thursdays, 8:00pm - 9:30pm

Worship team band rehearsal for the following Sunday morning. Open from 7:30pm, please be set up and ready to go for 8:00pm.

Women's Bible Study
Friday, 9:30am - 11:30am

A bible study meeting for women. We meet at Langford to read and study the bible. All welcome!

The current study topic is looking at 'Breaking Free' by Beth Moore.

Blokes Breakfast
Last Saturday of the month, 8:00am - 10:00am

Come enjoy a cooked breakfast and catch up with the guys. A great way to start the weekend!

Morning Worship
Sundays, 10:30am - 12:00pm

Every Sunday morning the whole church gets together to spend time worshipping God, learning together and catching up with each other. It’s a fantastic way to connect and be inspired – you won’t want to miss it! More...

Women's Fitness
Mondays, 8:00pm - 9:00pm

This is a ladies fitness session, and includes about 25-30 minutes of aerobics to music, followed by toning legs-bums-tums. We also focus on core stability, abdominal and back strengthening. The session ends with stretching and relaxation. There is the option to work high or low impact, so the class is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. 

It is a relaxed & friendly class, all ladies welcome regardless of whether you are a church member or not. Come and give it a go!

Caroline works for Family Fitness. Caroline is also trained in pre and post natal exercise, so if you are expecting or just had a baby, feel free to contact her about a pre/post natal class she runs.

We also have another women's fitness class running on Fridays.

Women's Fitness
Fridays, 9:30am - 10:30am

This is an exercise to music session, and includes 30-40mins cardiovascular component, plus some strength and tone exercises focusing on core stability, abdominal and back strengthening. There is the option to work high or low impact, so the class is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.

It is suitable for individuals wanting to lose/manage their weight, tone up, increase stamina and energy levels, strengthen core stability muscles, and improve heart/lung health.

We also have another women's fitness class running on Mondays.

Cake and Bric-a-brac Stall
Saturdays, April 24th, July 3rd, Aug 28th and Nov 20th, 9:00am - 3:00pm

This is a fundraising event for Westmill Community Youth Work.

Please donate cakes and bric-a-brac and make a difference in your community.

African Children's Choir
Saturday 4th September 2010, 7:30pm - 10:00pm

The African Children’s Choir is comprised of 23 young children who come from Uganda and Kenya.

Audiences are treated to a wide variety of songs accompanied by drums and ethnic instrumentation, including well-loved children’s songs, gospel melodies and lively spirituals.

The African Children’s Choir has performed before Presidents, Live 8 concert in Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall, with Cliff Richard and Ron Kenoly and on Blue Peter.

 

Unplugged
1st Sunday of the month, 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Unplugged is all about turning the volume down - an hour of worship and prayer led by a few individuals rather than by a band. Unplugged aims to create a quiet and intimate time to sing some songs to God, and to connect and share thoughts and experiences together. More...

Playbox
Weekdays (term time), 9:15am - 12:15pm

Playbox is our Pre-School centre running every day during term time. Playbox offers quality care and education in a safe, fun and stimulating environment where all children are recognised as being unique and individual.

Our staff team is highly dedicated and experienced. We have a high child to adult ratio and every child has their own personal Keyworker. Playbox follows the Early Year Foundation Stage with each child having their own Personal Learning Plan.

Life Groups
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except the 1st Wednesday of the month, 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Every week except the first week of the month, where we meet together for Soul Space. More info on Life Groups here.

A refreshing time for prayer and reflection in the busyness of our week. Coffee etc from 7:15pm. More...

Crafts-R-Us
Saturday, 27th March, 10:00am - 12:00pm

Come and enjoy ball pool, crafts and songs, followed by refreshments.

Please note children must be accompanied by an adult.

Live music / Great Coffee / The New Sunday Night

Beat the Sunday night blues and come down to Caffè Nero, High Street, Hitchin for our monthly live music event. Quality live music and the chance to chill out over a coffee with friends.

Live at Nero is run by Hitchin Christian Centre in partnership with Caffè Nero.
