Tracy is a whiz with all things organisational and can whip the HCC Quickbook accounts into shape with one hand whilst chatting employment policies on her phone in the other. As Operations Director at HCC she is responsible for all financial matters, though she wears a few other hats that encompass personnel and legal compliance.
Tracy is also a writer and has just completed her first novel. As a former business owner she is passionate about helping others to reach their potential.
